The current interest rate in Austria is around 1.25%. The purchase cost is approximately 10% of the gross purchase price, as a standard process for purchasing Austrian property. Invest & Design charges 3.5% + VAT on the purchase price of the property incl. VAT. We will guide you through the entire purchase process, including legal advice and assistance in the Czech language throughout the purchase process and in Austria (during a tour, when signing documents with an Austrian notary, etc.).

RESORT RUßBACH AM PAß GSCHÜTT - DACHSTEIN WEST
The Dachstein West ski pass includes more ski resorts in the Upper Austrian Salzkammergut region and in the SalzburgerLand. There is a total of 160 kilometers of perfectly groomed tracks of all possible difficulty. The direct winter, Dachstein West ski region is unique with lots of unique ski slopes. There is a very good alpine cuisine not only in the immediate distance of the slopes, but also outside them. The Russbach area has 119 kilometers of perfectly groomed white footprint with the Dachstein West-Ticket, providing more than enough space and snow for everyone.

Ski passes from 1.5 days are valid throughout the Dachstein West ski region, it is fun in a total of 7 ski areas. Russbach is one of the starting points for the cable car and from the center you can reach the ski area in just 6 minutes. The Hornbahn Russbach cable car takes you to a winter paradise full of stunning views and groomed slopes with plenty of snow until the end of the season.
Some downhill highways - straight, groomed roads may seem a bit boring, but here you will find a change. The Gaudipisten-Skiregion Dachstein West ski region evokes the atmosphere of the Alps and its winding and changing ski slopes will attract both experienced, savvy skiers and beginners as the slopes are beautifully groomed, wide and always with plenty of snow. The most popular and sought-after ski slopes are: Wilde Hilde, Rock'n Roll and Donnergroll.
People who are looking for something new can also try the Marcel Hirscher track, which has a timekeeping. Measuring speed during your descents can be something that will excite you and take you a bit further in performance. You can also try snowcross, snow park or ski slopes that call for bulging.
