The apartments are located directly on the ski slope and according to the latest information, two more cable cars will be built in 2023. The Rauris - Hochalm ski resort is more of a family - type resort. It is one of the smaller resorts, and often slightly neglected by people looking for alpine places, such as the area of popular winter recreation. And that's why you don't have to deal with large queues and crowded slopes. The area is rather smaller, but it is very high quality. It is skied here on the slopes of the Schwarzwand on clear, wide and mostly half-empty slopes. The difficulty of the downhill runs is about half and half divided between the red and blue slopes. Lovers of off-road riding have their routes along the Gratlift. At the bottom of the Rauris ski area at the bottom station of the Hochalmbahn cable car, the area is suitable for beginners and children.

There are training slopes served by two lifts. From the top of the ski area there are wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Rauris - Hochalm is quiet, well-arranged, well stocked with natural and artificial snow, and the slopes are always well-groomed. It lies somewhat aside and is therefore not connected to any other ski resort or cable cars or ski bus. The entire Raurisertal valley is also suitable for cross-country skiers of all ages.
