In design and especially in interiors, a lot of work began with a shade of colour called Taupe. It is neither brown nor grey. It can soon completely replace white, as this colour is very modern and versatile in its combinations. White and grey are cool, but taupe gives a warm impression. We were very interested in the combination of taupe with natural or luxury stone, such as marble, and materials such as wood.

Experts are beginning to talk about a price bubble. The strong demand for residential real estate in large cities such as Prague, Brno, Plzen or Olomouc is motivated this year mainly by record low mortgage rates. The CNB comes with the regulation of the mortgage market and limits the maximum possible LTV to 80%. Another slowdown in the mortgage market will occur with rising interest rates.
At the end of 2017, after three years of reconstruction, the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague was reopened. You can notice the carefully restored historical elements and interiors, the new entrance through the garden from Široká Street and the larger exhibition areas. You will also find the newly opened café restaurant "Time enough" on the ground floor of the house.
On 3rd January, the 13th International Investment Forum on "Where to invest in 2018" took place in Orea Hotel Pyramida in Prague. The conference was attended by leading economists and investment experts from the Czech Republic and abroad. The main forecasts for the Czech economy for the year 2018 are positive, as from the macroeconomic point of view, the Czech Republic has a good basis for minimizing risks, even if inflation continues to rise.
